1-2-1 Personal Training

In-person coaching is designed to help you enhance your health and fitness. This type of training allows you to exercise safely and correctly as we select exercises in real time that are appropriate to you. It gives you motivation and accountability to get the best results out of you.

Hybrid Coaching

A mix between online and in-person training, it is cost-effective, flexible,and convenient. During our in-person sessions we will assess movements, learn new exercises,and execute form. The rest of the time you will follow your programme, check in with me weekly and track your habits.
