A huge part of my job is working hand-in-hand with my clients. Ensuring their programme is going to plan, they feel engaged and motivated to hit their goals, and then adjusting as we both see fit, making sure they still feel challenged and avoid plateauing on the way to hitting their milestones.

I’ve been trying to put into words what it has meant to have Soph as my PT.


Not only is she an utterly fantastic PT, she has a wealth of knowledge that she shares with you.


She really wishes to empower you to be the best version of you. She listens, advises but doesn’t push. (I’ve been to people before who bang on about ‘their right way’ - but this isn’t Soph.)


Bit by bit, set a goal but it’s that, a target, work towards it, but it may be that one week you boss it, then the next week life happens! This approach has meant I’ve actually stuck to it. It’s long-term, not a short-term fix.


My mindset has changed & I’m healthier & happier from it. The results I’ve seen are (to me anyway!) incredible & I’m so proud of what I have achieved. I’ve made new friends, I’m learning more about what to eat & when, I’m staying active & overall mentally & physically fitter.


Since being with Soph I have dropped 2 dress sizes & I’m maintaining it. I’m comfortable in the gym & feeling strong, from now, being able to do press ups, to bench press, to leg press - maybe one day I will love step ups - who knows (haha!) I feel truly grateful for Soph.


Her kindness, ability to adapt, whilst pushing you at the same time to get the most out of the session. (From counting those reps to upping your weights!!) Soph you are brilliant :) Ps. New shorts last year are too big once again!

Sophie has been my PT for a year or so now but from the start of this year I decided to really ramp it up and try to make some serious changes.


Sophie has massively supported me in this journey and has provided me all of the tools I needed to succeed.


In the last 8 months I have experienced some significant weight loss whilst still gaining muscle mass, dropping my levels of visceral fat, and also having much improved levels of fitness.


Most importantly I have really enjoyed the process. I have never been a particularly fit or sporty person, mostly just playing casual 5 aside football over the last 6 or 7 years. The last few years in particular I was feeling older and struggling to keep up but this year I feel like I'm 5 years younger!


I would highly recommend using Sophie to anyone! I'm honestly buzzing with the progress I've made. thank you so much Sophie!

I’ve done PT with Soph for just over two months now and she’s helped me both physically and mentally.


Before I started I’d dread going to the gym or doing any form of exercise but now I look forward to having my session each week with her.


Soph provides workouts tailored to the individual and explains/demonstrates each exercise thoroughly therefore my strength and fitness have improved so much in a short space of time.


She’s nothing but supportive and encouraging throughout the whole work out and makes sure I push myself to my full potential.

I’ve been attending the gym for a while now but I started my personal trainer journey with Sophie 8 weeks ago.


In these 8 weeks I have noticed more difference in my fitness than I have in all the time I’ve been training on my own.

I had been going to the gym for couple of years irregularly and my knee and lower back injuries/problems were getting so bad, especially in the gym, that I was considering quitting gym.


After I started training with Sophie I couldn’t imagine not going to the gym.


Sophie constantly adapted the programs and tried lots of different exercises to work around the problems.


Now after a year I’ve been following her guidance and going strong at the gym, and also running my first half marathon since the knee problems are so so much better!

When I first started Personal Training my fitness level was at rock bottom, I struggled to even do 30 seconds of hard work!


Over time Sophie has helped me to build my strength, stamina and fitness with a tailored plan, and I am now fitter than I have ever been.

When I first met Sophie, I said at my age of 55, I didn't want to let the old man in. Meaning I want to work out at a gym and stay focused.


Sophie tailored my workout program which means I don't get injured. I've felt better today than I did 30 years ago.

Soph and the training she provides has made a huge impact on me, and I couldn’t thank her enough for it.


Soph has helped me physically by dealing with an injury and improving my general fitness to mentally by helping me over come issues with food.

Before the middle of last year I had never really stepped into a gym and when I had to felt so uncomfortable and clueless that I never stayed longer than 10 minutes.


Since starting PT sessions with Sophie last year she has shown me how to fall in love with keeping fit.


Sophie has always ensured to explain things and show me how different exercises are done so I never have that clueless feeling.

I’ve loved training with Sophie for the last few months, she really takes the time to make a plan that is right for you.
